Enrolment forms are completed when students first arrive at Springfield, but of course important information does change. We ask that parents advise the school as soon as possible of any change of address, telephone number and/or emergency contacts to ensure that we can contact you immediately if the need arises.
Student Update Forms are sent home at the beginning of semester one and then again in semester two. We would appreciate your co-operation in ensuring that these forms be returned promptly with the correct information. All forms are to be signed returned whether or not information has changed.
